How does NLP Work?
Think about this...was there a time when you decided you would change a dysfunctional behaviour and do something different only to find you repeated the same old habit?
Have you ever wondered why you repeat the old behaviour? Watch this TV Interview where Dr Amanda explains all...
Negative emotions and behaviours tend to be stronger than your logical conscious mind.
If it were as easy as saying 'I will give that up right now' then we would all be our own therapists and all our coaches would be twiddling their thumbs.
Unwanted behaviours have been stored at an unconscious level, generally before the age of 7, for example, as a child you may have told that you were not good enough.
This creates a limiting belief of not being good enough, the neurological filters look for evidence to prove this is true, each time it finds it the neural network gets stronger.
As an adult this ripples into all areas of your life. Clients who have a limiting belief like 'I am not good enough' tend to over compensate by:
- People pleasing
- Being over achievers
- Looking for external thanks from others
- Can't take a compliment
- Have negative self talk
In three sessions this can be turn around, deleted, done.
Then you will install an empowering new shiny belief to take you through life.
"It's been 10 days since we worked together and I still marvel every day at how that hour has transformed every hour in my waking day."
Neural Coding™ client after one session.
It's Fast and it Lasts.
